Context

A brand of board sports equipment wants to reduce the environmental impact of its bags as much as possible.


Methodology

  • Definition of key criteria for solution selection (circular impact and feasibility)
  • Research, analysis and selection of circular materials
  • Identification of potential applications as well as opportunities and constraints of proposed solutions
  • Conducting a collective intelligence workshop with the brand and the selected solutions to define collaboration opportunities
  • Development of an action plan for the implementation of the solution.
