Context
A B2B energy company (multi-technical maintenance, decentralized energy production, facility management, CPE) wishes to identify its best practices and missing points in terms of circularity, in order to better promote its circular initiatives to its customers and consolidate its Circular Economy roadmap.
Issues
- Carry out a circularity diagnosis on the sites of one of the energy company's major customers, where the latter operates in multi-technical maintenance and energy performance.
- Contribute to the CSR brief on circularity, in a context of renegotiation of the framework contract between the energy company and its customer.
- Help energy suppliers integrate the circular economy into all their technical and commercial briefs in response to calls for tenders
Methodology
- Quantitative & qualitative data collection: 2 site visits, 7 interviews
- Produce an astonishment report based on data analysis : identify best practices, pain points and major circular issues.
- Ideation workshop on possible areas for improvement, at both strategic and operational levels
- Drafting of a best practice guide for integrating the Circular Economy into AO
- Production of a model example through participation in the sales brief for the energy company's customer, for the Circular Economy section.
