A player of small household appliances wishes to test and develop new circular offers for the sale of its products in France.

Methodology

We proceeded in a collaborative format with the household appliances company which brought its marketing, design and commercial expertise and Circul'R which brought its expertise on the business models of the circular economy

  • Benchmark and analysis of 9 circular business models and 8 circular support activities (repair, warranty etc.)
  • 1 workshop to prioritize 2 business models, with the company's core management team, and define the associated product categories 
  • 2 workshops to develop these business models

Impact

9 circular business models studied
Identification of prerequisites for the products corresponding to each business model studied (price, reparability, frequency of use, etc.)
2 circular business models selected for a test and development phase.
