Methodology
We proceeded in a collaborative format with the household appliances company which brought its marketing, design and commercial expertise and Circul'R which brought its expertise on the business models of the circular economy
- Benchmark and analysis of 9 circular business models and 8 circular support activities (repair, warranty etc.)
- 1 workshop to prioritize 2 business models, with the company's core management team, and define the associated product categories
- 2 workshops to develop these business models
